You’re invited to an evening of creative camaraderie at the hidden jewel in a forest cove, Treska’s Highland Lake Cove. Gather with neighbors, friends, and fellow daydreamers as we make little, artful treasures together at this Mixed Media Art Party!

Local artist Miranda Wildman supplies everything: a playful palette of acrylic paints and markers, hand-painted papers, vintage ephemera with stories to tell, and a handful of surprise mixed-media delights. Miranda will offer gentle, step-by-step guidance so everyone — from first-time doodlers to seasoned makers — can craft a Mixed Media Memento that’s bursting with personality. Keep it for your own shelfie or wrap it up as a heartfelt gift.

Bring your curiosity and your friends to enjoy some hands-on creative time. Festive drinks and small bites will be available for purchase at Treska’s. Everyone is welcome — because art is for everyone. Let’s art party!

Creating art playfully and without judgment lets us forget about being perfect. It opens room for self-reflection, connecting with others, and simply enjoying the process. Further more, making art together in a judgment-free space challenges ideas of what art “should be,” sparking conversations that build understanding and kindness. This open approach celebrates different viewpoints, since everyone’s background, experiences, and culture shape their art uniquely.
