Abstract Painting Commission Agreement LM April 2026

This Agreement was made between Artist, Miranda Wildman and Client, LM on April 16th, 2026. 

1. Scope of Work

Miranda Wildman agrees to create one 18x24” original abstract painting on a wood panel based on an agreed-upon color palette, and overall feel discussed with LM. The lettering “ ” will be included in the painting. Miranda retains creative freedom within these parameters.

2. Total Cost

The total cost of the commissioned artwork is $1,346 USD.

3. Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $67 USD has already been received and has been applied toward the total cost.

4. Payment Schedule

The remaining balance of $1,279 USD will be paid in three installments:

• $426.33 due April 17, 2026

• $426.33 due May 1, 2026

• $426.33 due May 16, 2026 

Payments must be made on or before the listed dates.

5. Timeline

Work will begin after the first payment has been made. Estimated completion date is May 30, 2026.

6. Delivery

The artwork will be hand-delivered to LM no later than June 1, 2026, unless otherwise agreed upon. Any alternative delivery arrangements will be discussed in advance.
