I live in the mountains. To experience the summer sunsets here is to feel generation after generation of peoples, flora and fauna who have lived here, who have seen these same mountains glimmering in the evening sun. May you bask in the fiery warmth of the sun every time you see this painting.

I created “Summer Sunset” on wood using acrylic paint, paper, crayons and it measures 18 x 18” with a 1.5” cradle.
